If for any reason the pieces you bought do not meet your expectations, let us know, and we will work with you to make it right!
You may return any unused items you purchased, for a refund or exchange, within 7 days after receipt of the goods.

You can send your items with your preferred courier .

Please e-mail us at info@mymysticjewellane.me and we shall provide yu with the shipping return address.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please enclose a note with your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

Please make sure and e-mail us with in the 7 days from receipt, to let us know we should expect your items. Please include the tracking number/customs number so we can track the package.

We offer free shipping within the US on all orders above $120.00.

Orders under $120 ship for a small $10.00 flat fee.

We process orders in 1-2 business days.

For international orders, USPS rates and transit times apply.
